AGENDA ITEMS:

* Evaluation of the reports of the studies carried out in relation to the duties and content of the Teaching Commission.

* Evaluation of the reports of the studies on the determination of the content and organization related to Academic and Administrative Staff training.

* Review of the Education and Training Department of the Student Satisfaction Survey, evaluation of the reports of the studies carried out regarding the monitoring of the implementation and evaluation processes.

* Evaluation of the reports of the studies carried out to provide information flow about the unit in the university's graduate tracking system.

DECISIONS:

1-Education and Training Sub-Working Group Coordinator Assoc. Dr. The opening speech was given by Şerife ÖNDER, “Education and Training Sub-Working Group Information Meeting”.

2-Meeting agenda items were read. “Agenda items were accepted as they are”

3- The minutes of the previous meeting were signed and the meeting continued.

4-Discussion on the evaluation of the Activity Reports prepared by the Sub-Working Group Members. During the interviews;

* Lecturer assigned according to the Activity Plan of the Education and Training Sub-Working Group. See. Semih SÖNMEZ and MYO Secretary Hüseyin ÇAYIR examined the exam questions and archive envelopes of the archive envelopes of the courses taught in Kütahya Vocational School of Social Sciences programs.

It was decided to report the template to be made by adding additions in writing for evaluation at the next meeting.

* Lecturer assigned to Kütahya Social Sciences Vocational School First Year students in accordance with the Activity Plan of the Education Sub-Working Group in order to use it regularly in the orientation education every year. See. Ali Osman ÖĞÜTÇÜ, Inst. See. Mehmet ÇELİK and Bil. İşlt. Presentations and documents created by Şahin ELMÜLK were evaluated.

It has been decided to give orientation education to the first year students on the basis of the first week of the fall period regularly every year, as well as to publish the orientation training presentation prepared on a unit basis on our Vocational School WEB Page.

* Lecturer, who is assigned according to the Activity Plan of Education and Training Sub-Working Group for the Vertical Transfer Exam training of students studying in Kütahya Vocational School of Social Sciences programs. See. Sedat BÜTÜN, Instructor Ataullah ÜNAL and Bil. The presentation prepared by İşlt Zekeriya AKKAŞ was examined.

To be sent to the members of the sub-working group for evaluation purposes by e-mail and whatsapp, if necessary, additions are made and evaluated at the next meeting. It is decided to tell the second year students regularly at the beginning of the fall semester every year.

* For the internship of students studying in Kütahya Vocational School of Social Sciences programs, in order to establish internship protocols with external stakeholders, Assist. See. Murat SARIKAYA and Bil. Sample internship protocols prepared by İşlt Arya Albina BİLGİN were evaluated.

It was decided to exchange ideas about the subject with the members of the Unit Advisory Board and to establish more detailed internship protocols to be presented at the next meeting. In addition, İşkur Recruitment Program was applied on behalf of the exemplary accounting department and it was decided to carry out these studies on the basis of all departments in the future.

* Assoc. Prof. who is assigned according to the Education and Training Sub-Working Group Activity Plan for the courses taught in Kütahya Vocational School of Social Sciences. Dr. Emre SEZİCİ and Dr. Lecturer. Member M. Mine ÇELİKKOL discussed the topics that the Teaching Commission planned to work on.

It was decided to present the proposal to make the curriculum updates together with internal and external stakeholders within 2020 within the University within the framework of joint programs with all vocational schools.

* Kütahya Social Sciences Vocational School is assigned according to the Education and Training Sub-Working Group Activity Plan to maintain the professional development of Academic and Administrative Staff and to improve their skills. Lecturer. Emine OYUR, Lecturer. See. Training program topics for academic, administrative and service staff prepared by Ataullah ÜNAL and Officer Esra AKAY were evaluated.

It was decided to create budgets of these trainings and to conduct studies within the educational activities that can be made for students.

* Assigned according to the Education and Training Sub-Working Plan Activity Plan to review the Education and Training Department of Satisfaction Surveys conducted for Kütahya Vocational School of Social Sciences students and to follow the implementation and evaluation processes. Lecturer. Metin ÇALIK, Member Lecturer. Member Arzu BAYKARA TAŞKAYA and Bilg. İşlt. Information was given about the questionnaires being implemented by Halime ÖRNEK.

It was decided that it will be prepared and reported in the next meeting where Student Satisfaction Survey data entry is still in progress and no current survey data is available.

* Regarding the flow of information about the unit in the university's graduate tracking system; Assigned according to the Education and Training Sub-Working Group Activity Plan. See. Mehmet GÖL, Inst. Gör Gülten ŞEN and Bil. As a result of the work done by İşlt Arya ALBİNA BİLGİN, Alumni Portal Link has been added to our Vocational School WEB page.

5-It was decided that the next meeting will be held in the KSBMYO Meeting room in February 2020 and the agenda items will be as follows.
