DECISIONS:

 

  1. Based on the invitation for the meeting held on 14.11.2019, the meeting was held at the Kütahya Social Sciences Vocational School Meeting Room at 12:00 with the participation of the members mentioned in the participation list. At the beginning of the meeting, Current Situation and Satisfaction Analysis Sub-Working Group Chair Dr. Lecturer. The opening speech of the “Current Status and Satisfaction Analysis Sub-Working Group Meeting” was made by the member Metin ÇALIK.
  2. Meeting agenda items were read. It was decided to “accept the agenda items as they are” and the agenda was started.
  3. Current Status and Satisfaction Analysis Sub-Working Group members were discussed on updating; It was accepted as the result of the negotiations.
  4. Current Status and Satisfaction Analysis From the Sub-Working Group Members Lecturer. It has been unanimously decided to appoint his member Emine OYUR as Vice President.
  5. It has been unanimously decided to appoint Chief Erdogan SAZLI, one of the Sub-Working Group Members of the Current Situation and Satisfaction Analysis, as the Rapporteur.
  6. It was decided to conduct the necessary researches to determine the working principles of the Current Status and Satisfaction Analysis Sub-Working Group of Kütahya Vocational School of Social Sciences.
  7. In line with the Quality Policy of our University, it was decided to establish a Phone WhatsApp group in order to open a mail account (ksbmyomda@dpu.edu.tr) for our stakeholders to contact our working group and to facilitate the communication of the working group members.
  8. It was decided to use the questions of http://kalite.dpu.edu.tr/tr/index/sayfa/6869/anket-ornekleri questionnaires prepared to determine the satisfaction levels of our internal and external stakeholders and on the university's quality commission website.
