Graduate and Diploma Procedures

  • What are the conditions for graduation?

Kütahya Dumlupınar University Associate Degree and Bachelor's Degree Education and Training Regulations must be met in article 35:

ARTICLE 35 –

  1. In order to graduate from associate / undergraduate program, the following conditions must be met:
  1. All courses in the curriculum; practices, internships, workplace training and similar studies, MU (Exempt) or successful must be completed with a letter grade.
  2. AGNO must be at least 2.00.
  1. Graduation of associate / undergraduate students who meet the academic graduation requirements stated in the first paragraph The date is the decision date of the relevant board of directors unless a different date is specified in the unit board decision.
  2. The student who fulfills the graduation requirements, if he / she desires, within the maximum education period, In order to upgrade, students can repeat courses within the scope specified in article 24 in the summer school or the first two semesters following.

The student who wants to benefit from this right should apply to the department until the end of the semester or the make-up exams, if it is entered. ”

 

  • Just graduated. When can I get my diploma?

Our students who graduate at the end of the Final Exams will receive their diploma after the graduation ceremony; Our students who graduate at the end of integration, single course, summer school exams can receive their diplomas after applying to the Student Affairs Unit after completing their dismissal procedures and 2 (two) weeks after graduation from the system. Students who lose their identity may come with the declaration of loss or receive their diplomas after the loss report is signed.

 

  • I graduated in the past years. How can I get my diploma?

You can get it by coming to the Student Affairs Unit. If you have received a temporary graduation certificate, you must bring the original document. If the student who has lost his temporary graduation certificate gives an advertisement to one of the national press newspapers, he can come with a newspaper advertisement and get his diploma.

 

  • I graduated from your university. My diploma and graduation information does not appear in the e-government. What should I do?

  • I lost my diploma. What should I do?
  1. Those who lose their Diploma, Temporary Graduation Certificate and other documents, place a declaration of loss once in a newspaper distributed nationwide. In the declaration of loss, it is obligatory to indicate where the missing document was obtained, the number, the date of graduation, the provision for which it was lost, and other information regarding the qualifications of the document.
  2. The person who loses his / her certificate applies to the unit that he / she received the certificate with a reasoned application petition and the newspaper with the missing notice, the photocopy of the identity card, two passport photos and document receipts.
  3. If the request for the second copy of the document is deemed as a result of the examination of the applications, the decision of the board of the unit with the information of the original document lost and the second copy of the lost document is prepared.
  4. If the Temporary Graduation Certificate is lost, the Second Copy Temporary Graduation Certificate is issued if the Diploma has not been issued yet. If the diploma is prepared, a temporary graduation certificate is not given.
  5. The second copy of the diploma, temporary graduation certificate and other documents to be issued with the phrase "Second Copy" includes the titles, names and surnames of the missing documents, however, it is signed by the signatory authorities on the date of issue.
  6. For the diploma, temporary graduation certificate and other documents, the original form of which has been submitted due to destruction, the same copy is given by following the same way, provided that the document that has been destroyed is submitted without seeking the condition of announcement.
  7. Second copies are issued to those who have lost their second copy, provided that their diplomas, temporary graduation certificates and other documents have been issued.
  8. Preparation of the second copies of the diploma and temporary graduation certificate, registration and delivery procedures are carried out by the Rector's Office of Student Affairs.
