Diploma Procedures

What should I do if I have been awarded a diploma?

From the date of your graduation, the diploma procedures are discussed firstly for the graduate students in the board, and if the student's situation is decided upon as a result of the evaluation of the student, the list of our graduates for the diploma printing of the central student affairs is reported and the printing of their diplomas is provided. These Transactions estimation takes between 15 days and 25 days from the end of the term on your graduation date.

The list of students, whose diploma is ready at the end of the above mentioned processes, is published daily in the graduate procedures tab on the student tab sub-tab of our school's website.

All you have to do is follow the excell page at this address daily, and if you have a name, you can download and complete the signing document in the same list and sign it in full, and send it to the relevant units in the central campus, SKS department, Center for Continuing Education and the Library Department. By signing, you need to apply to our school diploma service.

Can Someone Take My Diploma For Me?

Diplomas are personal identities, so even if you have a first-degree relative (mother, father, sibling), someone else cannot receive your diploma. However, with a power of attorney that you will give from the Notary Public, your diploma can be delivered to the court you gave the power of attorney.
